THE

FACILITY

TRAIN FOR SOMETHING REAL.

This facility is focused on helping people be more present to their moments. The words of those who have come here are the best window into what it is we do. If their words resonate, than perhaps we are a space that you might enjoy.

IAN HOLMES
IAN HOLMESEducator
I consider myself a retired athlete; a washed up adventurer; and a recovering flow addict. My current obsessions have spanned the last couple decade as I try to better understand injuries and pain. While chasing performance is great, most people lack the fundamentals to build on. Understanding the patterns that everything else is built on sits at the core of my approach to coaching.

The bullet point list of what I personally have done is far less interesting than the stories of the people I have worked with. I would encourage people to go read their words.
