Train for
something real.

The facility

A space to find
your own way.

This facility is focused on helping people be more present to their moments. The words of those who have come here are the best window into what it is we do. If their words resonate, then perhaps we are a space that you might enjoy.

Train independently, work with a coach, or join a class. Open gym access runs from 5am–9pm, with 20+ hours of on-floor coaching available each week.

I consider myself a retired athlete; a washed up adventurer; and a recovering flow addict. My current obsessions have spanned the last couple of decades as I try to better understand injuries and pain. While chasing performance is great, most people lack the fundamentals to build on. Understanding the patterns that everything else is built on sits at the core of my approach to coaching.

The bullet point list of what I personally have done is far less interesting than the stories of the people I have worked with. I would encourage people to go read their words.

“I’m a self-confessed movement nerd…”

I’m a self-confessed movement nerd who’s spent the past decade happily geeking out on everything from Olympic-level Strength & Conditioning to the “cult” corners of Ido Portal’s work. For me, there’s nothing more thrilling than seeing the body reveal its hidden potential—like a puzzle that’s never truly solved. Over the years, I’ve collected insights from elite coaches, therapists, and athletes, each teaching me that real progress isn’t about chasing the flashiest technique. It’s about refining the basics, shifting your perspective, and continuously asking “why?”
In my coaching, I aim to spark curiosity, so you don’t just move better—you learn to think about movement differently. Because once you realize how underrated movement is in shaping your well-being, everything changes. And while I might joke about being a “movement nerd,” what I really want is for you to discover how much you can transform by simply exploring your own body in new ways.

She loves juice boxes.

Stacey Sterling

Stacey Sterling

“Stacey loves yellow and figs, but not yellow figs…”

Stacey became enamoured with silks in 2013 and hasn’t stopped since! It was not an activity that came easily to her but she worked hard and that work has paid off. Now, as a coach, Stacey understands the challenges that beginners face and works hard to help them feel successful and build strength. Stacey continually pushes herself to learn more.

She is accredited with the Aerial Physique Teacher Training Program in Los Angeles and works with coaches around the world to continually learn more about coaching, skills and flexibility. She’d love to work with you to achieve your goals in classes or private lessons.

Stacey loves yellow and figs, but not yellow figs.
